We created Exuberance GO with beneficial superfoods, such as green tea and ginger, for increased cognitive function, methylated, or bioavailable, B vitamins for healthy brain function, and electrolytes to maintain proper hydration.

Methylated means a chemical process that the body uses to breakdown and process a nutrient (bioavailable). About 30% of the population has a MTHFR mutation that depresses the body’s ability to methylate, or process. This equals the need for methylated B vitamins.
